I was born to be in real estate! I've always been fascinated by the incredible uniqueness of each and every home. I have an innate sense of space, form and function that most others do not have. I always work from the 'highest and best use' when it comes to marketing my listings. I specialize in luxury and high end real estate, generally over a million, with no upper limit. Although my preeminent work area is Studio City, California. I am active from Santa Barbara down to San Diego. I have an excellent network of affiliated agents across the country and am always looking to add like-minded individuals who share a similar commitment to providing integrity and professionalism in the service of their clients.

I am a strong proponent of international marketing as I believe that America is still the land of opportunity and the most desired country in which to live; or at least have a residential presence. I say, the more, the better.

I graduated from Concordia University in Montreal Canada, with a major in English and a minor in Journalism. I've done  post graduate studies at USC with an emphasis on M.A.N. (Mediation, Arbitration and Negotiation). I am a firm believer that 80% of the deal is consummated AFTER the opening of escrow (under contract).

I'm all about the deal! I love to make things happen and I never forget that  "it's not my money", regardless of which side of the table I'm sitting on.

I am always looking for opportunity and I have been successful in finding it.

I believe that physical fitness is an integral part of a successful formula. As such, I have run and completed 37 Marathons to date. Marathons have taught me to focus on and complete specific  goals. I activity run my "farm" most days of the week, dropping off 150-200 postcards along the way.  It's my style of "door knocking 2009". It's makes for a neutral meeting with friends and neighbors. Work and exercise in synergy.
